Rally for affordable health care

...and in the nation's capitol today, they rallied for affordable health care....it was important to challenge congress and make health care affordable so that all people can have access to it.   Dr. George Cummings of oakland, joined other leaders across the country to push for health care reform. both the house and senate have passed their own version of it and lawmakers right now are trying to merge those two bills. Today we continue the struggle. we are fighting for health care reform because our experiences and the stories of the people in our community -- Here in san francisco, members of a community group called the San Francisco Organizing Project gathered outside the federal building, also calling for health care reform. and there is late word tonight that significant progress has been made on a compromised version of the health care bill which the president wants to sign before his state of the union address. >>> and stay with us, channel 2 news is next at 6:00...
